Don’ts

DON’T neglect any employee group.

DON’T overlook senior leadership and board representation as areas that need improvement.

DON’T underestimate the need for surveying employees for feedback on diversity and inclusion.

DON’T ignore emphasizing inclusion.

DON’T allow unconscious bias when recruiting.

DON’T use ‘culture fit’ as a reason for rejecting a candidate.

DON’T neglect stating your commitment as a firm to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
