Property Overtakes Cyber as Most Troubled Line in Q4 2022

Results showed continued signs of premium pricing moderation, though premiums nevertheless continued to climb.

The one line that did not experience any moderation this quarter was commercial property, with premiums increasing 16.0%. It was the first time in 7 quarters a line other than cyber had the highest average increase in premiums.
