Property Overtakes Cyber as Most Troubled Line in Q4 2022

The Council’s Commercial P/C Market Index for Q4 is here.

The one line that did not experience any moderation this quarter was commercial property, with premiums increasing 16.0%. It was the first time in 7 quarters a line other than cyber had the highest average increase in premiums.
