Names Sri Rajagopalan chief technology officer, overseeing product engineering and enterprise platform operations for the digital self-funded stop-loss health insurance marketplace. Rajagopalan held the position on an interim basis from November 2025 to February of this year; previous employers include Net Health, Zelis, SAP, and Greenway Health.

Hires Martin Schwitzner as head of product for the AI-native third-party administrator for commercial claims. Schwitzner most recently served in a similar role for U.K. motor insurance unicorn Marshmallow.
