Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty promotes Martin Zschech to global head of industry solutions and client management, a newly created position. He will also serve as global industry solutions director for financial services, replacing Paul Schiavone, who left the company. Stephan Geis succeeds Zschech as regional head of distribution for Central and Eastern Europe. >> Promotes Brian McNamara to regional head of multinational in North America in addition to his role as global head of captive solutions and moves Ben Mitchell to regional head of multinational technical team for U.S. and Canada, a newly created position. 

Hires Andy Camber as lead underwriter and Pete Philpott as senior underwriter for property at AmTrust International Specialty. Camber joins from Brit Insurance, while Philpott previously worked for Argo and RiverStone International. 

Arch Insurance North America promotes Brian First to president. He was formerly chief underwriting officer of programs, property and specialty. >> Arch Insurance International hires Sam Bradley as senior underwriter. He joins from WTW and reports to Marcus Breese, head of cyber and technology E&O.

Hires Rana Gillmon and Allan Jackson as senior client relationship leaders. Gillmon joins from Chubb and previously worked at Marsh in private equity M&A. Jackson joins from Marsh, where he was southeastern zone leader for environmental. Before that, he was at Aon and E.G. Bowman Company. 

Albert Benchimol to retire May 4 as CEO and president. Will continue as strategic advisor until end of 2023. Vincent Tizzio will succeed Benchimol in president and CEO roles. 

Promotes Craig Taylor to regional head of property, Australia and New Zealand. >> Promotes Shelley Norman to SVP for management liability, U.S., Jason Preston to SVP for management liability, central region, and Cathy Miller to head of North America property. 

Hires Ruchama Graff as U.S. head of actuarial. She joins from The Hartford Financial Services Group where she was actuary for global specialty and global reinsurance reserving. 

Promotes Michael Mollica to division president for North America financial lines business, based in New York. Also hires Carene Madden as financial lines manager for the United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa (UKISA). She joins from AIG and succeeds Janet Edey, who has moved back to previous role as management liability manager (UKISA). 

Express Scripts will put multiple biosimilar versions of AbbVie’s expensive rheumatoid arthritis drug Humira in the “same position as the brand” on the PBM’s formulary in 2023. 

Hires Steve Goldman as SVP, financial lines and healthcare. He joins from Chubb.
