He will also serve as global industry solutions director for financial services, replacing Paul Schiavone, who left the company. Hires Andy Camber as lead underwriter and Pete Philpott as senior underwriter for property at AmTrust International Specialty. Camber joins from Brit Insurance, while Philpott previously worked for Argo and RiverStone International.
Arch Insurance North America promotes Brian First to president. He was formerly chief underwriting officer of programs, property and specialty. >> Arch Insurance International hires Sam Bradley as senior underwriter. He joins from WTW and reports to Marcus Breese, head of cyber and technology E&O.
Hires Rana Gillmon and Allan Jackson as senior client relationship leaders. Gillmon joins from Chubb and previously worked at Marsh in private equity M&A. Jackson joins from Marsh, where he was southeastern zone leader for environmental. Before that, he was at Aon and E.G. Bowman Company.
Albert Benchimol to retire May 4 as CEO and president. Will continue as strategic advisor until end of 2023. Vincent Tizzio will succeed Benchimol in president and CEO roles.
